Why is my Q-Rejuvalight Pro not turning on?
If your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is not turning on, follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Is Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear fully charged? If the indicator light is blinking then please charge the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear.
- If the power cable is connected to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear and the indicator light is still turned off, please contact Qure customer support at [email protected]
- If the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is fully charged and still does not turn on, please contact Qure customer support.
Why is my Q-Rejuvalight Pro not charging?
The Q-Rejuvalight Pro comes pre-charged. Masks are shipped with an initial charge to ensure functionality upon arrival. Please see below an overview on how charging works and troubleshooting steps.
Charging Instructions:
- If there is no indicator light when you plug in the device, this means it’s fully charged. If you unplug the mask and press the power button the indicator lights solid, that confirms the battery is full. Please note that you won't be able to turn the device on when plugged in to the charger.
- The indicator light will start flashing fast if the battery levels are low, this is the appropriate time to charge your device.
- If you plug in the device to charge from low battery, you would see the indicator light flash.
Try these troubleshooting tips:
- Ensure the USB-C power cord is firmly inserted into the Q-Rejuvalight Pro.
- Try a different USB-C Power Adapter to ensure it is working properly.
- Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is power to the outlet.
- When an adapter greater than 5V is used to charge the mask, the device will automatically turn off the charging function and cannot be charged. Please use a 5V adapter to charge the device before it can be charged normally.

- Present the cable and adapter that are to be used in charging.
- Plug the cable into the charging port then to the outlet.
- Focus the camera on the indicator light.
- Unplug the cable from the device.
- Press and hold the power button for 2-5 seconds to turn on your Q-Rejuvalight Pro (until the indicator lights up).
- Quick press the power button again to activate the Anti-Aging treatment mode.
The Qure Skincare App does not connect to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear. What should I do?
Make sure that Location Sharing is enabled on your phone. Once confirmed, exit out of the app, and reopen - then connect to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear.
My Q-Rejuvalight Pro shuts off abruptly, prior to completion of 3 minute treatment. Why is that?
The Q-Rejuvalight Pro treatment is designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes. It also may shut off after multiple repeated uses if it exceeds desired temperature. Allow the Q-Rejuvalight Pro to cool for several minutes and try again.
If theQ-Rejuvalight Pro is low in battery then it can shut off prior to the 3 minute treatment so ensure that the battery is fully charged.

Why is a PIN code being asked when I'm trying to connect my Q-Rejuvalight Pro with the Qure app?
You may have been connecting the mask via the Bluetooth menu on your phone hence why this occurred. Please connect directly by opening the Qure app and connect to your phone bluetooth.
